Refund and Returns Policy
At Beauty Banaras, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the detailed guidelines for returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Returns Guidelines
To return any product:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@beautybanaras.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Do Not Return Without Approval: Wait for our confirmation before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Report All Issues Together: Report all problems related to a single order/package at the same time with specific details.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of sending the original product back and shipping a replacement will be borne by the customer.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging and condition (not worn, washed, used, or altered) within 7 working days of our confirmation. Include a copy of the invoice.
- Transit Responsibility: Safe return delivery to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility. Lost or damaged packages will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damaged or incorrect product delivered.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for damage caused at the customer’s end.
Process:
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and process the refund within 3 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method as per your bank’s guidelines.
Replacement Terms
You can request a replacement for:
- Damaged products.
- Errors in customization or stitching by our team.
- Products not meeting expectations.
Process:
- Email us at hello@beautybanaras.com with your order number, product details, and reason for replacement.
- Await an acknowledgment email within 2-3 business days.
- If the original product is unavailable, you may select an alternative product at no extra cost.
Important:
- Replacement shipping costs (to and from our warehouse) are to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.
- Refunds will be issued only if an alternate product is not selected within 7 business days.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order:
- Email us at hello@beautybanaras.com or call 7991545248 immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellations are subject to a 7% fee for payment gateway charges.
- Refunds for cancellations will take 7-10 working days to process.
Product Availability
- Some handloom products require 15-20 days to craft due to their unique nature.
- If an item is out of stock after an order, you may choose an alternative product or receive a full refund without deductions.
- We may provide store credit as compensation in cases of extended delays.
Color and Description Disclaimer
- Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Handcrafted and hand-dyed products may show subtle differences, which are part of their authenticity.
- Products with sequins or stones may lose detailing with use, which is not considered a defect.
Stitching Disclaimer
- Ensure accurate measurements are provided during order placement. We are not liable for incorrect measurements submitted by customers.
- Alterations, if needed, are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.
